This SOP locks Int J Clin Exp Pathol: right-flank s.c. 5×10⁶, ♂ BALB/c nude (~20±2 g); honest framing: BJ alone forms no tumors/granulomas (negative control; paper also has MKN-45±CAF co-inject arms). μL not stated—per IACUC. Other routes not locked. Do not copy forbidden exact string 2×10⁶ / 100 μL.
